Help keep Refuge trails wild-ready! Join Friends of Balcones for a trail maintenance workday on Saturday, December 12 from 8:30–11:30 AM. No experience needed — just bring water, closed-toe shoes, long pants, work gloves, and sun protection, and we'll handle the rest. Every hour you give helps protect habitat for the diverse habitat for birds, wildlife and plants and keeps these trails open for the whole community.
