Click on "Local Projects and Datasets"

Click to open menu.

Click on Import Dataset(s)

This will bring up the Qfield folder on your phone. click back arrow until you get to main file menu screen.

Go to the folder where you have map(s) stored.

Select the map(s) you want to upload.

Puts map into Qfield.

Opens map in Qfield.
